Your tasks

  • Support and representation of the head chef in all organizational and technical tasks
  • Substitution of the chef on days off as well as vacations
  • Development of menu and food proposals
  • Participate in the daily production and preparation of meals
  • Quality assurance, compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines, HACCP
  • Co-responsible for ordering food and inventory management

Your profile

  • Completed cook training
  • Experience in the home cooking or at the grill
  • Joy and fun in cooking
  • You are a team player and have assertiveness
  • Well groomed and friendly appearance

The minimum salary for this position is € 2,880.00 gross per month + tips based on 40 hours/week. An overpayment is possible and depends on qualification and experience. Start of work immediately.
