Can I bring my own cake for my party?
You are welcome to bring your own cake. We charge a service fee of € 3 per person.

Do you also offer to set the tables?
To make your table even more festive, we cover it with a white cloth tablecloth and cloth napkins and set out glasses of wine and water. We also offer freshly baked bread and homemade spreads. Price for place setting per person € 10,20.

Is the Luftburg open all year round?
Yes! Our doors are open for you 365 days a year.

Is the Original Kolarik Stelze available only whole or do you also have other dishes with the famous cured pork knuckle?
Our specialty of the house is available as a whole pork knuckle as well as many other delicious pork knuckle dishes. Try, for example, the Stelzenbreze or the Stelzengröstl! You can find our menu here.

Are your delicacies also available to take away?
All our dishes are just waiting to be taken away too –  just order and pick them up or have them delivered.

Is the Luftburg barrier-free?
Yes, all areas in our restaurant are accessible step-free. In addition, a barrier-free WC is available.

How do the self-serve beer tap tables work?
A desired number of beer mugs is activated in advance (minimum order for activation is 10 mugs). This can be extended anytime. Billing is made per beer mug (see menu).

My dog would like to accompany me to the restaurant. Is this possible?
Yes, of course! Your four-legged friend is welcome to come as your +1, but please bring a muzzle and a leash. However, your dog has to remain only on the floor, even if the bench is tempting.

Can I visit your location?
Of course. You are welcome to come and see our premises for yourself. Make an appointment right here.

Whether 20 people or 900, we will put together the right package for you.

Where can my guests park?
At the adjacent car park and in the parking garage within close proximity – both subject to charges.
Note: The parking lot is operated by Best in Parking, the parking garage by the company Apcoa. Restaurant Luftburg - Kolarik im Prater is not affiliated with the respective operators. Please find the current prices here (BIP) and here (Apcoa).

Is there a taxi rank nearby?
Yes, just a few steps away from the Luftburg. If there's no car available there, we'll be happy to call one for you. Or you can simply order an Uber, a Bolt or whatever they're all called.

Do you also serve vegetarian / vegan dishes?
Yes, actually several. And as always, in 100% organic quality.

Is there a possibility to make a buffet?
Very gladly we offer from a number of guests of 100 people to prepare a buffet for you. Or you can order à la carte. Just as you wish. Of course, everything in 100% organic quality.

Is there an additional fee for exclusive use of a room?
No, there is no room rental charge. For exclusive use of our premises, we charge a corresponding minimum consumption fee depending on the booked rooms.

We would like to play photos, videos or a presentation. Is this possible?
Of course! Via USB stick, notebook, tablet or smartphone you can show your guests your photos and videos in picture and sound.

Can I also hold a press conference or give a presentation at your venue?
Yes, press conferences can also be held on request on our premisses. Contact us for more information.

What costs can I expect per person?
For an event you can calculate with a price from 52 € per person. Contact us, we will be happy to make you a non-binding offer according to your wishes and ideas.
Bouncy castles rental

How much does it cost to rent a bouncy castle?
Not so much ;-) You can rent a bouncy castle model from as little as EUR 100. Please contact us for your personal offer.

What is included in the price of the bouncy castle rental?
Your personal offer includes the rental of the selected bouncy castle model incl. blower in sufficient quantity as well as the final cleaning. We will gladly support you with information for public events.

Do we need an electricity supply for the bouncy castle?
Not necessarily. If electricity supply is available, you will receive a continuous blower with 220 volt electric motor. If you do not have electricity supply, we will provide you with a petrol engine (as with electricity, the procurement of fuel is up to you).

How does the bouncy castle get to me?
You can pick up all models directly from us. For this purpose, you can also drive comfortably right up to our backyard.

When can I pick up/return the Luftburg?
You can pick up the bouncy castle already from 15:00 on the day before your booking. You can return the Luftburg the following day until 10:00.

How long does it take to set up a bouncy castle?
It takes about 10 minutes to set up an bouncy castle.

How can I book a children's party?

Where does the children's party take place?
In the Praterfee leisure area, located directly at the Prater Hauptallee. The exact address is Prater 121, 1020 Vienna.

When can the children's party take place?
The party package can be booked from Wed.-Sun. & bank holidays for 3 hours each from 11:00 or 15:00. The party takes place in good weather only.

How long does the children's party last?
Whole 3 hours. Enough time to eat the cake, colour, jump, sing and laugh.

How many children can celebrate?
Our party package is designed for up to 12 children.

Can I celebrate with more than 12 children?
You can register a maximum of 2 additional children for a party. The price per additional child is € 35 and is to be paid directly on site. For parties with more than 14 children, 2 party packages must be booked

How many accompanying persons can join the party?
Due to lack of space, a maximum of 10 accompanying persons can come along.

Can I bring my own cake?
You are welcome to bring your own cake. There are no additional costs for cake service.

Can I order an additional cake?
You are welcome to order an additional cake directly from our cake store.

Will the children's party also take place in rainy weather?
As the Praterfee is a purely outdoor location, the children's party only takes place in good weather.

Unfortunately, I must cancel my booked children's party. Is that possible?
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the party. After this time, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation costs.

How can I cancel?
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to kindergeburtstag@kolarik.at. Simply click on the "Cancellation request" link in your booking confirmation. Please note that a cancellation is only considered confirmed after you have received a cancellation confirmation.

How do I get my money back if I cancel on time?
Cancellation credit will be issued within 14 days to the payment method you used for payment.

Can the children's party be canceled by the organiser?
Yes, a party can be canceled by us at any time due to bad weather. You will either be refunded the amount or, depending on availability, can choose an alternative date.
About us

Does the Schweizerhaus belong to Kolarik im Prater?
No. Although the name Kolarik is the same and there is a relationship, Elisabeth Kolarik founded the independent company Kolariks Freizeitbetriebe GmbH back in 1991, which was taken over by Paul and Bianca Kolarik in 2020. This includes the restaurant Luftburg - Kolarik im Prater, the leisure area Praterfee - Kolarik im Prater and the block of apartments Urban Lodge.
