At the "EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025" awards ceremony in Vienna, Paul Kolarik was honoured as an outstanding winner in the category "Sustainability" and named "Shaper of the Future".
Paul Kolarik was one of the top finalists in the competition category "Sustainability". Inclusion in the circle of award winners is an enormous acknowledgement and confirmation for the consistently sustainable path he is taking with his company Kolarik im Prater.
Under this motto, the jury honours entrepreneurs who set standards through their innovative strength, entrepreneurial vision, and social responsibility.
Paul Kolarik embodies this spirit by transforming Luftburg – Kolarik im Prater into the largest fully certified organic restaurant in the world. This sends a strong signal that enjoyment, sustainable business practices, and success are not contradictory but rather reinforce each other.
