Oh, how wonderful it was! With Christmas music, warm drinks, and a festive winter atmosphere, our outdoor dining area was transformed into a popular meeting place last weekend for everyone who is already in the Christmas spirit.
The perfect tree and the best entertainment
The search for the perfect Christmas tree—whether large or small, bushy or airy—became a special experience last Sunday. The large selection of lush green, fragrant organic trees not only made the decision easier, but also turned tree shopping into a festive community experience for families and friends.
The winter-themed outdoor dining area offered visitors a wide range of activities in addition to the beautiful organic trees:

- organic honey and other organic beekeeping products from the green Prater by Wiener Prater-Honig

Sustainable Christmas trees - 100% organic
We also focus on quality and sustainability when it comes to Christmas trees. The Nordmann fir trees from the organic farm Großingerhof grow for 8 to 12 years under sustainable management in Lower Austria and are cut in favourable phases of the moon. This guarantees their beautiful green colour and the unmistakable scent that heightens the anticipation of Christmas.
You can either take the purchased trees with you immediately or - at your own risk - have them stored at Luftburg - Kolarik im Prater until 23rd December. Collection is possible on Tuesday, 23rd December, between 11:00 and 14:00.
Punch & trees for a good cause
A particular highlight was the generous support shown by visitors for this good cause. We promised to donate €1 for every punch and cocktail sold, and €2 for every Christmas tree sold.
Thanks to our wonderful guests, we were able to raise €500 in donations.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all our guests who made this joint success possible. The entire amount raised will go to the joint fundraising campaign "Warm ums Herz" (Warm Hearts) organized by Vienna's restaurant industry in aid of Caritas Vienna.
