We live our company philosophy in all areas of the business. For us, the approach to sustainability comes from an inner drive and the awareness that there is no planet B. Together with our employees, guests, suppliers and partners, we have been taking steps towards sustainability and a greater sense of ecological responsibility since 2001. We are proud to be publishing a voluntary sustainability report for the third time this year!
Tested & awarded
Our organic quality is certified by the Austria Bio Garantie control body. We are a proud bearer of the "Natürlich gut essen" seal of quality in gold. Further, we successfully passed the re-certification process of the Austrian Ecolabel in autumn 2023. In addition to that, we were awarded the EU ORGANIC AWARD 2023 as the best organic restaurant in the EU!
