Small traders transform parts of the Vienna Prater into a flea market of a special kind. Dolls, Matchbox cars and even electronic items were sorted out during the spring cleaning and are now to bring joy to other children. The Wurstelprater is transformed into a children's paradise for rummaging and browsing.

Prater Wien GmbH donates the proceeds from the booth fees to the children's hospice Sterntalerhof. The Schweizerhaus of family Karl Kolarik supports the event for many years and doubles also this year the collected amount in favor of the children's hospice.

At Sterntalerhof in southern Burgenland, an interdisciplinary team helps seriously ill children and their families through difficult times. The association is financed exclusively by private funds and is the only hospice for chronically and terminally ill children in Austria where the entire affected family is cared for.
Another date for the children's flea market is planned for the fall. This will be announced in due time.
