Winter is coming to the Luftburg – with seasonal delicacies. Our Martinistelze with apple red cabbage and potato dumplings is a real pre-Christmas treat for the taste buds. And there are even more winter delicacies on the seasonal menu: hearty baked potatoes with minced pork knuckle and coleslaw, crispy tarte flambée with pumpkin, or creamy wild mushroom pasta. Grandma's Stosuppe soup warms the stomach and soul, and the dessert is not to be missed – the wonderfully creamy pumpkin spice cheesecake with cranberries.
