We are taking a break so that we can work as the largest organic restaurant even more sustainably in the future. From 7 January 2025, extensive renovation and improvement work will take place. Our aim is to be able to serve you again from Easter 2025 onwards.

A pleasant working environment
We want to offer an ambience in which not only our guests but also our employees feel comfortable and enjoy spending time. We know that motivated employees are the heart of a company. That's why we attach great importance to the satisfaction and well-being of our team – fair working conditions, a pleasant working environment, and the opportunity for personal development.
For this reason, the entire staff area will be rebuilt from January 2025. In addition to an inviting team lounge, modern changing rooms, and well-equipped offices, a prayer room will also be built. This room will be open to all employees – regardless of their religion or world view.

Furthermore, the sink and the delivery system will be renovated to improve processes and reduce energy consumption.
Finally, the capacity of the photovoltaic system is being increased so that even more electricity consumption can be covered by in-house production. In future, heating and cooling will be provided by the power of water – so the Luftburg is "out of gas".
