Homemade plum dumplings

We take juicy plums, wrap them in our master confectioner's fluffy curd cheese dough and form them into dumplings with lots of love. After an extensive water bath, we roll them in golden brown butter crumbs and then place them on our homemade stewed plums. A sprinkling of icing sugar and yum - our plum dumplings are ready!

Our organic Sturm

comes from the Edelhof organic winery in Burgenland. Manual work and respectful treatment of nature are practised on this pioneering organic farm – for example, no synthetic chemical sprays, artificial fertilizers or herbicides are used. The same applies in the cellar: here, the wine is given the time it needs to mature.
