It's apricot time! From now on, we have fruity-sweet quark-based dumplings filled with apricots, covered in toasted butter crumbs & served on apricot roaster. Of course 100% organic!

We take the juicy Wachau apricots, wrap them in our master confectioner's fluffy curd cheese dough and roll them into dumplings with lots of love. After an extensive water bath, we roll them in golden-brown butter crumbs and then place them on warm roasted apricots. A sprinkling of powdered sugar and mmmh - our apricot dumplings are ready!

Our organic apricots

come from the Schöne Erde estate in the Wachau valley (Lower Austria). During the apricot harvest, the 160 Wachau apricot trees are clambered up to ten times in order to pluck only the best, ripe fruit. The old Wachau apricot varieties require special sensitivity during harvesting and processing and are – with knowledge, time, and passion – turned into excellent products.
