The registration for the sweepstakes takes place via a comment on our Facebook posting for this sweepstakes. Multiple comments will be counted as a single entry.

Comments that violate Facebook policies, Austrian law, our netiquette and/or copyright will be removed without notice after becoming known. The participant is thus excluded from the raffle.

Eligible are persons residing in Austria, who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and are "fans" of Kolarik im Prater on Facebook. Employees, authorized representatives, legal successors and agents of Kolarik im Prater, involved agencies and their relatives are not eligible to participate.

The draw for the prize will take place after the end of the implementation period, excluding the public and guaranteeing the principle of chance.

By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

The winner will be informed via the Facebook comment function of the Facebook posting on Facebook. The winner must report his contact and address details via "private message" to the Kolarik im Prater Facebook page within 3 working days (from notification of the win). If the winner does not confirm acceptance of his prize within this time, his claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. There is no obligation to accept the prize.

Insofar as personal data of participants is collected within the scope of the competition, it will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and deleted after the competition has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant may revoke this consent at any time by letter or e-mail. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of his/her submitted data.
