When the days get shorter and the jackets thicker, the autumn is there. And when the trees in the Prater are bathed in golden light and bright colours, when it gets a little quieter in the Wurstelprater and it smells of cured & crispy grilled pork knuckle from the kitchen, then it gets particularly cosy in the Luftburg.

This year we are serving knuckle of pork instead of goose - we have reinterpreted our popular classic as Martinistelze with red cabbage and potato dumplings. But there are even more autumnal delicacies on the seasonal menu: Bierstelze with bacon cabbage salad, fried pretzel dumplings and beer sauce or Waldviertel pumpkin gnocchi. The Slovakian bacon cabbage soup warms the belly and soul beforehand and the dessert is not to be missed - the wonderfully creamy pumpkin spice cheesecake with cranberries. Meal time!
