The Luftburg - Kolarik restaurant in the Prater celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2022 with many colourful experiences for guests, families and Prater friends.
Elisabeth Kolarik opened the Luftburg café-restaurant in 1992. In 2020, Bianca & Paul Kolarik took over the management. Quality, innovation, family-friendliness and dedicated staff are the reasons why our restaurant has become the largest organic restaurant in the world.
