At the Luftburg, we are celebrating the late summer season with our own specialty menu. Our chef and our confectioner have come up with special creations to spoil you with the best plum specialties and the first Sturm (fermented grape juice).

What would late summer be without the deep blue, juicy plums? They are not only a feast for the eyes, but also a real explosion of flavor. Let yourself be tempted by our fruity plum creations: How about a fruity plum roast beef bowl, followed by white chocolate dumplings with homemade roasted plums? And for ice cream lovers, we have a special highlight with our vanilla plum tart. No matter what you choose - everything goes perfectly with a glass of fresh Sturm to round off a balmy late summer evening in the Prater!

Our organic Sturm

comes from the Fink organic winery in Burgenland. The experience of four generations combined with the latest knowledge and modern technology form the basis for the best wines – typical for the Burgenland region – which in turn combine drinking pleasure and enjoyment.
