The world's largest organic restaurant gets an upgrade!
Over the past few weeks and months, we have given the Luftburg a real facelift. State-of-the-art kitchen and dishwashing technology for more efficient work processes, an innovative water-heat pump solution and an expanded photovoltaic system for even more sustainability, a stylish staff area that is second to none - that's the upgrade for our motivated employees.

From April 11, we will start with a soft opening phase - we look forward to all walk-ins stopping by! You can then secure your favorite spot again from May - reservations are possible from 2 May. Tip: Reserve a sunny spot in the guest garden now
The Luftburg - more than just a restaurant
100% organic food and drinks that taste good and an atmosphere that inspires. Whether it's Stelze, the new Luftburg-Krusterl or vegetarian highlights - everyone will find their favorite dish here. And for the kids, there's the legendary Luftburg adventure world for jumping and running around.
