We not only want to offer our guests an ambience in which they feel comfortable and enjoy spending time, but also our employees. We know that motivated employees are the heart of a company. That's why we attach great importance to the satisfaction and well-being of our team. Fair working conditions, a pleasant working environment and the opportunity for personal development.
For this reason, the entire staff area will be rebuilt from January 2025. In addition to an inviting team lounge, modern checkrooms and well-equipped offices, a prayer room will also be built. This room will be open to all employees - regardless of their religion or world view.

The sink and delivery system will also be renovated to improve processes and reduce energy consumption.
The capacity of the PV system is being expanded so that even more electricity requirements can be covered by in-house production. In future, heating and cooling will be provided by the power of water - so the Luftburg is "out of gas".
