Our 2025 Sustainability Report
With the publication of our latest sustainability report, we are providing transparent insights into our sustainability strategy just in time for EU Organic Day. Here are a few milestones from the reporting year:
January through April 2025: Major renovation, switch to a groundwater heat pump, expansion of the photovoltaic system to 75 kWp, redesigned employee area
Over 223 metric tons of CO2 saved each year thanks to the new heat pump
Paul Kolarik is honored with the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award
First-time implementation of a regionality quota based on purchase value
1,000 new trees planted as part of our "Plant a Tree" campaign; 4,500 in total since 2022
Our report documents progress in four key areas: 100% organic food and beverages; resource conservation in energy, water, and mobility; regional responsibility through close cooperation with our local organic partners; and social criteria, including fair working conditions and active inclusion within our team.
