At long last
We have been sourcing nearly all of our organic meat from Austria for a long time – the only missing product which could meet our high standards were our famous ribs. However, the effort was well worth it! In Berger Schinken, we have found a partner who supplies us with 100% Austrian organic ribs of the same outstanding quality that we have come to expect from them.
Regionality you can taste
100% organic is not enough for us. The country of origin also has a major impact on the ecological footprint and animal welfare. Why is this so important to us? Because we believe that you can taste our love of home and nature. Short transport routes, sustainable animal husbandry and cooperation with local farms are not only good for our environment but also guarantee an incomparable taste experience on your plate.

All products we use are not only 100% organic but also as regional and seasonal as possible. We cook freshly every day – without preservatives and flavour enhancers. Additionally, no convenience food makes it into our pot. All this because we want to offer our guests the best quality and responsible enjoyment!
