Alpine hut enjoyment in the middle of the Prater: The organic hut weeks

At the beginning of the culinary year, the Luftburg, which is open all year round, pampers visitors with alpine pasture delights directly in Vienna: from 15 January to 8 March, the Hüttenwochen bring the popular delicacies of the ski huts directly to the Prater. Hearty, organic and irresistibly good.

A Kaspressknödel soup to warm up, a juicy bacon bread for in between or the vegetarian mountain lentils with Kaspressknödel - there are no limits to the hut enjoyment in Kolarik's Luftburg at the beginning of the year. The Krautfleckerl with caramelized white cabbage pamper the fine vegan palate, the Hüttenplatte für Vier satisfies the great hunger with crisply surfed grillstelze, Berner Würstel and Backhendl as well as rich side dishes. For dessert, the fluffy yeast dumplings filled with Powidl in butter, poppy seeds and icing sugar seduce. Wonderful!
